IMPORTANT INFORMATION and REMINDERS
• Deadline for Attendee List: Register by July 17, 2013 to guarantee your name and company information on the attendee list published on the
MPI website.
• Mailed Registrations Deadline: Please do not mail registrations in after June 30, 2013 as we cannot guarantee receipt in a timely manner for
processing. Payment may be required onsite for registrations not received.
• Questions Regarding Registration: Please email wec@showcare.com. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
• Questions Regarding Membership: Please call 972.702.3053 or email feedback@mpiweb.org.
• Guest Registration: All guests must register onsite at US $250 and must not be in an industry-related position. Co-workers or associates in the
industry do not qualify. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guests are welcome to participate in the opening reception and closing reception.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing prior to June 30, 2013 and are subject to a US $75 processing fee. Refunds will be
processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after June 30, 2013 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please email
cancellations to wec@showcare.com.
• Substitution Policy: Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to June 30, 2013. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant
with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution
as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please email substitions to wec@showcare.com.
• Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, WEC 2013 constitutes an agreement by the
registrant to MPI’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes,
electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
