Guests are welcome to participate in the opening reception and closing reception. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing prior to June 30, 2013 and are subject to a US $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after June 30, 2013 nor will they be given for no-shows.
