Bring one item in to the school for your next Integration Day (Monday). The item you
select should relate to what you do at your placement. Be sure that you choose an item
that you can talk about for a minimum of 2 minutes to a maximum of 5 minutes. The
teacher and your peers will have the opportunity to ask questions about your ‘show and
tell’ item; you should be able to answer any questions that are posed.
PART B:
Complete and hand in a ½ - 1 page typed write up about the item you have brought in.
Include the answers to the following questions in your write up:
 What is the item? Is there a technical or workplace term for the item? Explain.
 When do you use this?
 How do you use the item in your workplace?
 Why is the item important/significant to your work?
 What essential skill(s) does this item involve?
 Why did you select this item to ‘brag’ about?
 Any other interesting background information and/or facts.
