Your boss recently hired twenty new employees and wants you to build an Employees table in a database to store their information. Your boss in not very good at working with computers so he needs an easy and foolproof way to enter the information into the database. As a BTT101 student you know that a FORM would help you to meet your boss’s request especially if he hires more employees later. Read the following instructions carefully: 1. Open the previous assignment called “DBAssign1” that you saved in your Database folder. 2. Create a NEW Table, and save it as “Employees” 3. FIELDS: Create the following nine fields in the table: SIN (social insurance number – 9 digits no space)–set this a your Primary Key. FirstName LastName Address Town Annual Income NumberofChildren Spouse’s Name Owns a home 4. Create a FORM using the Form Wizard and name it “Employee Form”. 5. RECORDS: - make up info for 20 different employees (vary information and be reasonable). However, you MUST use town of Caledon in at least FIVE of your records.
