This means that all brewed coffee and espresso beverages will be prepared using Fair Trade Certified coffee. Java City joins four other locations on the UH campus that service 100% Fair Trade coffee. The other locations are the dining halls at Oberholtzer Hall and Moody Towers, Cougar Grounds at the Hilton Hotel and Shasta’s Cones & More in the University Center. Additionally, Fair Trade Certified coffee is also available at Einstein Bros.
