Users of this CD-ROM should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
This CD-ROM provides soil survey information in two ways (please select the
appropriate link):
► Soil Survey Tables– The tables can be viewed onscreen, or they can be printed out and
used in the same manner as a bound publication.
► Interactive Soil Survey Program– This version of the soil survey allows the user to
interact with maps at the click of a mouse. Features include changing the maps
appearance, selecting data from tables to produce interpretive maps, and viewing map
unit descriptions and other information.
► SoilView Users Guide– Provides information on installation procedures and common
tasks used in SoilView.
