Brampton Community Jeans Drive
Donate your old and unwanted jeans, regardless of their condition to St.
Leonard’s Parish from November 8 to November 22. Notre Dame Secondary
School is heading this project. The jeans will be sent to an industrial company
that will manufacture them into insulation for homes. The insulation will then
be sent to Habitat for Humanity to build homes in Brampton and other communities in need.
Please show your support or your community and support your fellow Christians in need. Search the back of your closet for those old and frayed jeans and
send them to school. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Please send them to the office at the school. Mrs. Resendes will be taking the
used jeans to the Church who will take them to Notre Dame. This is an excellent example of recycling and earn us points towards our Green Initiative.
