IPS-M-EL- 132(2) FOREWORD The Iranian Petroleum Standards (IPS) reflect the views of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum and are intended for use in the oil and gas production facilities, oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, gas handling and processing installations and other such facilities. IPS is based on internationally acceptable standards and includes selections from the items stipulated in the referenced standards. They are also supplemented by additional requirements and/or modifications based on the experience acquired by the Iranian Petroleum Industry and the local market availability. The options which are not specified in the text of the standards are itemized in data sheet/s, so that, the user can select his appropriate preferences therein. The IPS standards are therefore expected to be sufficiently flexible so that the users can adapt these standards to their requirements. However, they may not cover every requirement of each project. For such cases, an addendum to IPS Standard shall be prepared by the user which elaborates the particular requirements of the user. Each standards are subject to amendment or withdrawal, if required, thus the latest edition of IPS shall be applicable : ﺗﻌﺎرﻳﻒ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ General Definitions: Throughout this Standard definitions shall apply. the following Company : Refers to one of the related and/or affiliated companies of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum such as National Iranian Oil Company, National Iranian Gas Company, and National Petrochemical Company etc. Purchaser : Means the “Company" Where this standard is part of direct purchaser order by the “Company”, and the “Contractor” where this Standard is a part of contract documents. Vendor And Supplier: Refers to firm or person who will supply and/or fabricate the equipment or material. Contractor: Refers to the persons, firm or company whose tender has been accepted by the company, Executor : Executor is the party which carries out all or part of construction and/or commissioning for the project. Inspector : The Inspector referred to in this Standard is a person/persons or a body appointed in writing by the company for the inspection of fabrication and installation work Shall: Is used where a provision is mandatory. Should: Is used where a provision is advisory only. Will: Is normally used in connection with the action by the “Company” rather than by a contractor, supplier or vendor. AREA CLASSIFICATION 6.1 The industrial areas in the Iranian Petroleum Industry shall be classified as zone 0, zone 1, zone 2 and non-hazardous area as defined in IEC 60079-10. The certificate issued by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) of USA, the Ex Certification Bodies of IEC and the Notified Bodies of ATEX is acceptable. IPS-M-EL- 132(2) . ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﺷﻮدIPS-M-EL-131(2) The voltage of the motors rated 150 kW to 1000 kW shall be 6 kV. The voltage of the motors above 1000 kW can be selected as 6 kV or 10 kV. All detectors shall have the same characteristics. ( ﺟﻌﺒﻪ ﺗﺮﻣﻴﻨﺎل ﮔﺮم ﻛﻦ ﻫﺎي ﺿﺪ ﻣﻌﻴﺎن )رﻃﻮﺑﺖ7-5-8 .رﻃﻮﺑﺖ در داﺧﻞ ﻣﺤﻔﻈﻪ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آﻳﺪ .ﻣﻮﺗﻮرﻫﺎي ﻓﺸﺎر ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و ﻗﻮي ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﮔﺮدد ﺑﻮده و ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺪ ازEx ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻪ ﻛﻼس دﻣﺎي ﻣﻮﺗﻮرﻫﺎي ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﻳﻦ ﮔﺮم ﻛﻦ ﻫﺎ. درﺟﻪ ﺳﻠﺴﻴﻮس ﺗﺠﺎوز ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ200 ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮي ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﮔﺮدﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دﻣﺎي ﻣﺠﺎز ﻋﺎﻳﻖ ﺳﻴﻢ . ﻣﺮاﻋﺎت ﮔﺮدد،ﭘﻴﭻ ،ﺗﺮﻣﻴﻨﺎل ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻛﻪ روي ﺑﺪﻧﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﻧﺼﺐ ﻣﻲﮔﺮدد وﺻﻞ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ ﻳﻚ ﺑﺮﭼﺴﺐ اﺧﻄﺎر ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه اﻣﻜﺎن ﺑﺮق دار ﺑﻮدن ﻣﺪار در .زﻣﺎن در ﺳﺮوﻳﺲ ﻧﺒﻮدن ﻣﻮﺗﻮر اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ اﻟﺼﺎق ﮔﺮدد ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ و ﺟﻌﺒﻪ ﺗﺮﻣﻴﻨﺎل واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ آن ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ داراي ﻫﻤﺎن .درﺟﻪ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ ﺟﻌﺒﻪ ﺗﺮﻣﻴﻨﺎل اﺻﻠﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ . اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﺎﺷﺪ9-8 ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ زﻳﺮﺑﻨﺪ ( ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن و روان ﺳﺎزي )روﻏﻨﻜﺎري6-8 8.6 Bearing and Lubrication 8.6.1 Bearings can be grease lubricated rolling element type (ball and/or roller bearing) or oil lubricated sleeve bearing type as proposed by the motor manufacturer. ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎرا ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ روان ﺳﺎزي ﻧﻤﻮد1-6-8 8.6.2 Rolling element bearings shall be in metric sizes with maximum interchangeability and shall comply with ISO recommendations (ISO 15 and ISO 1132). ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻏﻠﺘﻜﻲ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ در اﻧﺪازهﻫﺎي ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻣﺘﺮي2-6-8 8.6.3 Special attention shall be paid to ensure that dismantling of bearings shall be simple and free from risk of damage. ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﺒﺬول ﺷﻮد ﺗﺎ اﻃﻤﻴﻨﺎن ﺣﺎﺻﻞ3-6-8 8.6.4 Bearing temperature detectors shall be آﺷﻜﺎرﺳﺎزﻫﺎي دﻣﺎي ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت4-6-8 ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﻤﺎن ﻧﻮع ﻏﻠﺘﻜﻲ )ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﺗﻮﭘﻲ و ﻳﺎ ﻏﻠﺘﻜﻲ( ﻳﺎ ﻣﺜﻞ ،ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﻧﻮع ﻏﻼفدار ﻛﻪ ﻃﺒﻖ ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﺳﺎزﻧﺪه ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﺑﺎ روﻏﻦ .روان ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ ﺑـﺎ ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ ﺗﻌﻮﻳﺾ ﭘﺬﻳﺮي ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑـــﺎ ISO وISO 15) ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻘﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪISO ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪﻫـــﺎي .(1132 ﮔﺮدد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺮون آوردن ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎ ﺳﺎده و ﻋﺎري از ﺧﻄﺮ ﺻﺪﻣﻪ .دﻳﺪن ﺑﺎﺷﺪ 16 Dec. 2009 / 1388 دي IPS-M-EL- 132(2) provided according to the requirement of article 8.4. . ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﮔﺮدد4-8 زﻳﺮﺑﻨﺪ 8.6.5 The lubricating intervals, quantity and type of grease and/or oil shall be indicated on the motor nameplate or on an additional plate fixed on the motor frame. ﻣﻘﺪار و ﻧﻮع ﮔﺮﻳﺲ و ﻳﺎ، ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ زﻣﺎﻧﻲ روان ﺳﺎزي5-6-8 8.6.6 Grease lubricated bearings shall have grease relief devices which ensures that the old grease will be forced out of the bearing when new grease is added. Re lubrication shall be possible with the motor in operation without dismantling parts. ﺑﺎﻳﺪ، ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ روان ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻧﺪ6-6-8 8.6.7 The grease lubricated bearings shall be supplied with inside end caps to prevent grease from migrating into the motor. ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي روان ﻛﺎري ﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ7-6-8 8.6.8 Grease lubricated bearings shall be packed with grease before the motor is dispatched. ، ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎﺋﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ روان ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ8-6-8 8.6.9 The sleeve bearings shall be of spherical seated, self aligning type. ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻛﻒﮔﺮد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ داراي ﺻﻔﺤﻪ ﻛﺮوي و از9-6-8 8.6.10 The sleeve bearings housing design shall permit the replacement of bearing liners without disassembly of couplings or other machine parts. ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﻣﺤﻔﻈﻪ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻛﻒﮔﺮد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮي10-6-8 8.6.11 Suitable lube oil system for sleeve bearings shall be provided by the motor manufacturer. When common lube oil system is to be adopted, the driven equipment manufacturer shall be responsible to supply the common lube oil system, based on the lubrication requirement of the motor. ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ روﻏﻨﻜﺎري ﺟﻬﺖ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫــﺎي11-6-8 8.6.12 Lube oil system shall include dual oil filters. Filters shall be replaceable while the motor is running. ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ روﻏﻦﻛﺎري ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﻴﻠﺘﺮﻫﺎي روﻏﻦ12-6-8 8.6.13 Sleeve bearings shall be suitable for starting the motor without the aid of oil jacking. Means shall be included to assure adequate oil pressure to the motor bearings for start up. ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻛﻒﮔﺮد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ راهاﻧﺪازي ﻣﻮﺗﻮر13-6-8 8.6.14 Suitable monitoring devices such as a pressure switch in the lube oil pump discharge shall be provided to initiate an alarm in case of malfunction of the lube oil system. وﺳﺎﻳﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ از ﻗﺒﻴﻞ ﺳﻮﺋﻴﭻ، ﺟﻬﺖ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل14-6-8 8.6.15 Visual inspection of the lube oil system for sleeve bearings shall be possible. For non-forced ﺑﺎزرﺳﻲ ﭼﺸﻤﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ روﻏﻨﻜﺎري ﺑﺮاي15-6-8 روﻏﻦ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ روي ﭘﻼك ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﻳﺎ ﭘﻼك اﺿﺎﻓﻲ دﻳﮕﺮ . درج ﮔﺮدد،ﻛﻪ روي ﺑﺪﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻧﺼﺐ ﺷﺪه ﻣﺠﻬﺰ ﺑﻪ وﺳﺎﻳﻠﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺨﻠﻴﻪ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ اﻃﻤﻴﻨﺎن ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﻛﻬﻨﻪ،ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﻮد ﻛﻪ در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﻛﺎري ﻣﺠﺪد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ.را از ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﺧﺎرج ﺑﺮاﻧﻨﺪ .ﺑﺪون ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي ﻗﻄﻌﺎت و در ﺣﺎل ﻛﺎر ﻣﻤﻜﻦ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻣﺠﻬﺰ ﺑﻪ درﭘﻮش اﻧﺘﻬﺎﻳﻲ داﺧﻠﻲ ﮔﺮدﻧﺪ ﺗﺎ از ﺣﺮﻛﺖ ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﺑﻪ .داﺧﻞ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮي ﺷﻮد .ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ از ارﺳﺎل ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﮔﺮﻳﺲ ﻛﺎري ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ .ﻧﻮع ﺧﻮد ﻫﻢ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻌﻮﻳﺾ آﺳﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﺑﺪون ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي اﺗﺼﺎﻻت و . اﻣﻜﺎن ﭘﺬﻳﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ،ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﻗﻄﻌﺎت ﻣﺎﺷﻴﻦ ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ.ﻛﻒﮔﺮد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪه ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﺷﻮد ﺳﺎزﻧﺪه ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰات ﭼﺮﺧﺸﻲ،روﻏﻨﻜﺎري ﻣﺸﺘﺮك اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدد ﻣﺴﺌﻮل ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ روﻏﻨﻜﺎري ﻣﺸﺘﺮك اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس .اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت روان ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ اﻳﻦ، وﻗﺘﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر در ﺣﺎل ﻛﺎر ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.دوﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ .ﻓﻴﻠﺘﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻌﻮﻳﺾ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ.ﺑﺪون ﻛﻤﻚ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻛﺮدن روﻏﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ اﻃﻤﻴﻨﺎن از ﻛﺎﻓﻲ ﺑﻮدن ﻓﺸﺎر روﻏﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺗﻮر در . ﺑﺎﻳﺪ وﺳﺎﻳﻠﻲ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﮔﺮدد، زﻣﺎن راهاﻧﺪازي ﻓﺸﺎري در ﺗﻠﻤﺒﻪ ﺗﺨﻠﻴﻪ روﻏﻦ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺗﻌﺒﻴﻪ ﺷﻮد ﺗﺎ در زﻣﺎن . اﻋﻼم ﺧﻄﺮ ﻛﻨﺪ،اﻳﺠﺎد ﻋﻴﺐ در ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ روﻏﻨﻜﺎري ﺟﻬﺖ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي.ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻛﻒﮔﺮد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ اﻣﻜﺎن ﭘﺬﻳﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ 17 Dec. 2009 / 1388 دي IPS-M-EL- 132(2) oil systems with oil reservoir, proper indication of oil level in the reservoir shall be provided. روﻏﻦ ﺑﺪون ﻓﺸﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻣﺨﺰن روﻏﻦ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ وﺳﻴﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر .ﻧﺸﺎن دادن ﺳﻄﺢ روﻏﻦ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ روﻏﻨﻜﺎري ﭘﻴﺶ ﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﮔﺮدد 8.6.16 Dial type temperature indicator shall be provided for each sleeve bearing to indicate the bearing oil temperature. ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه دﻣﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﻋﻘﺮﺑﻪاي ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن16-6-8 8.6.17 Bearing insulation shall be provided, if the shaft voltage measured across the ends of the shaft exceeds 250 mV (rms) for rolling element bearings or 400 mV (rms) for sleeve bearings. ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ وﻟﺘﺎژ در اﻧﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﺤﻮر در ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي17-6-8 8.6.18 When bearing insulations are to be provided, they shall be provided for all bearings of the motor. ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ ﻋﺎﻳﻖ ﺑﺮاي ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﻻزم ﺷﻮد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ اﻳﻦ18-6-8 8.6.19 The method of insulating the bearings shall be permanent and non-deteriorating during assembly and disassembly of the bearing. روش ﻋﺎﻳﻖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ داﻳﻤﻲ ﺑﻮده و در19-6-8 8.6.20 An earthing connection, which shall be removable for test purposes shall be provided at the drive end bearing. Care shall be taken not to bridge the bearing insulation by any other connection. ﻛﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ، ﻳﻚ اﺗﺼﺎل زﻣﻴﻦ20-6-8 ﻛﻒﮔﺮد ﺟﻬﺖ ﻧﺸﺎن دادن دﻣﺎي روﻏﻦ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ .ﮔﺮدد ( و در ﻣﻮرد ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎيrms) ﻣﻴﻠﻲ وﻟﺖ250 ﻏﻠﺘﻜﻲ از ﻻزم اﺳﺖ،( ﺗﺠﺎوز ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪrms) ﻣﻴﻠﻲ وﻟﺖ400 ﻛﻒﮔﺮد از .ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎ ﻋﺎﻳﻖ ﮔﺮدﻧﺪ .ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺑﺮاي ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺗﻮر اﺟﺮا ﺷﻮد .ﻃﻮل ﺳﻮار ﻛﺮدن و ﺟﺪاﻛﺮدن ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﺧﺮاب ﻧﺸﻮد .ﺑﺮداﺷﺘﻦ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ در ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن اﻧﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﺤﺮﻛﻪ اﻳﺠﺎد ﮔﺮدد اﺣﺘﻴﺎط ﻻزم ﺑﺎﻳﺪ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﻮد ﺗﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺗﺼﺎل دﻳﮕﺮي دو .ﺳﻤﺖ ﻋﺎﻳﻖ اﺗﺼﺎل ﻛﻮﺗﺎه ﻧﮕﺮدد 8.6.21 For insulated bearings, insulating fittings shall be provided in the lube oil supply connections to prevent the oil supply lines from by passing the bearing insulation. ﺟﻬﺖ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎنﻫﺎي ﻋﺎﻳﻖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎﻳﺪ در ﻧﻘﺎط اﺗﺼﺎل21-6-8 8.6.22 Vertical motors shall include suitable bearings to withstand the thrust of the rotor and the external thrusts from the driven equipment.
