To be eligible for the Internship Program in Peru, student teachers need to: Formation ● Applicants must be currently enrolled students at a Jesuit college or university. Age ● 22 to 27 years old Proficiency level of English Proficiency level of Spanish Experience Psychological profile Required documentation Benefits offered ● Be an English native speaker. ● Intermediate level certified by his university. ● Not essential. ● Positive attitude and creative mind ● Able to communicate and establish appropriate interpersonal relationships to work on a team, assuming attitudes of professional collaboration. ● Emotional stability ● Letter of presentation from some entity from their country. ● Proof of university studies or graduation. ● Identification document/Passport. ● Valid Tourist visa. ● Personal references. ● Certificate of psychological health granted by his/her Jesuit University. ● Lodging and food (breakfast and dinner) offered by a family of the school. ● Lunch offered by the school. ● Monthly stipend for costs, offered by the school equivalent to US$ 350 American Dollars in total, for transportation during their stay. ● Contacts for work/social service with low socio-economic status groups.
