Approval of Minutes from September 25, 2011

Old Business
A. Net Price Calculator – Required by Federal regulations, available through the Financial
Aid section. Questions were raised about what decision data is based upon. M. Kelly
suggested disclaimers be made more clear. Also questioned why 2009-2010 vs current
year is given. S. Kile will check and report back to team.
a. S. Kile reported back - Due to last ‘closed out year’
B. Withdrawal From College – wording in catalog and website are inconsistent. C. Engle
will write revision. Suggestion made to include: May effect student financially.
a. S. Kile to find out if wording regarding ‘May effect…. be added to withdraw
from college definition
New Business

A. MCC Answer has a new look
B. Update of forms – explained that when a form is updated the request to change
should come from the dept. page not the form center.

Other Business
A. Suggested adding definition of ‘second eight weeks’ to glossary – S. Kile to report back
B. J. Music – waitlist page small brochure to point to web
C. J. Music – carpooling discussion to add more info to web needs investigation
D. S. Kile – Updates to cashiers page and forms of payment beginning next year
E. M. Bourcier – we need feedback if you receive any problems using MCC web
F. K. Martin – winter class schedule done and online
G. K. Martin – wants video on frequent call center questions
H. B. Phillips – working with John appreciates being taken care of “Kudos to John”
I. L. Wcisel – honors needs room number in contact box
J. D. Hiles – has older catalogs that need scanning
K. J. Vanitivelt – to work on athletics rosters, images and schedules
L. N. Brozich – appreciates all the links to Job Magazines – Thanks John
M. B. Phillips – problem with PCO could be browser settings, going to increase size of
attachment and remember file names cannot contain periods in name.
N. Future project: Trophy Room and Where are they now.
