Library Extended Hours
PURPOSE:
For the Student Government Association of Western Kentucky University
to allocate $600 to the Helm-Cravens Library to keep open later during the
finals week.
WHEREAS:
The time around final examinations is typically a stressful time for
students, and
WHEREAS:
Buildings such as Helm Library and Cravens Library are frequented by
students during that time, and
WHEREAS:
Providing later hours during that week will encourage the use of the
library and its many services, and
WHEREAS:
Providing this service to students would aid the Student Government
Association of Western Kentucky University in its efforts to improve the
lives of students.
THEREFORE:
Be it resolved that the Student Government Association of Western
Kentucky University allocate $600 to the Helm-Cravens Library to keep
open later during the finals week.
