Seventh Grade Science:
To Run a Report for PVAAS:
1- In your gradebook, go to the top right corner, select tools, select performance plus, select
Performance PLUS class lists, select reports (the bar graph icon)
2- Under reports, select assessment scores
3- Select filters, Assessment, choose years 2014-2015, select subject Science, select grade range
Sixth to Sixth, select series PVAAS,
4- Choose show assessments, choose PVAAS- Keystone Biology – Grade 6
5- Choose teacher and classes, grade range seventh grade to only, and subject science, under
teacher check the boxes with your name/co-teacher name
6- Select show classes, next to your Classes click on the red x for any HP
7- Click on run report
8- Click on the print report button, after printing the report, click the white X
9- The data you’ll need to print or copy by hand onto your blank grade sheet is in the circle below.
Data to record:
PVAAS Projection - Look at your % Advanced Column (blue) and copy the percent- round to the nearest
whole number.
