Worksheet 6.2: Pace Editing
Use the storyboards on the next few pages to demonstrate the difference
between slow pace and fast pace editing. You will create a 30 second chase sequence
that starts off with a slow pace and at the 15 second mark of the video will move into a
fast pace section. There are a total of 2 people in the scene and it takes place outdoors
in a forested area. The total number of shots for your scene is 12. Be sure to divide
them up in order to demonstrate each pace.
