Ch. 2B Speaking prompts Rank Level 1-­‐ I grade harsher on grammar and I expect you to say more than the minimum. You should make a comments and react to what your partner says. Prompt #1: Vocab and the preterit Think about the last Hme you and your friends bought clothes. What store did you go to? Use the preterit, because you are talking about the past. Describe what you bought, the cut, style, color, and material. How did you and your friends pay for the item (I.e giQ card, cash, credit card)? Prompt #2: DemonstraHve adjecHves Describe to your partner an arHcle of clothing that you are wearing using this/these. (I.e. Yo llevo esta camisa roja) Describe to your partner an arHcle of clothing that a nearby classmate is wearing using that/those. (I.e. Sara lleva esos zapatos marrones) Describe to your partner an arHcle of clothing that a classmate on the other side of the room is wearing using that/those over there. (I.e. Mike lleva aquellos jeans azules). No repeats of the same nouns!
