This would assist in avoiding payment delays. Comments of DOH Internal Impact: • There is no listing for Agency Grant Number field identified in DFS's functional requirements document. It is suggested that the Cost Accumulator field be used uniformly (DOH lOP) to record the DOH grant number and OCA.
