Mission *
As a Catholic School Community, we commit ourselves to nurture and develop the spiritual, intellectual, physical and social growth of each student.
We pledge to promote an effective partnership with the home, the school and the Parish in a safe, caring, inclusive and Christian environment.
The mission of Corpus Christi School is to further develop the faith of its members and to recognize that God lives in all of us. We strive to promote academic
excellence in a success-oriented environment.Through social outreach programs, we strive to help students develop healthy minds, bodies and spirits.
Instilling self-respect, respect for others as well as compassion and empathy are of foremost importance to our mission. Corpus Christi School works in
partnership with the Church. We belong to Cristo Rei Parish and are fortunate to have Father Carlos visit the school to celebrate the Eucharist, share in
liturgies and prepare and administer the sacraments.
Motto
The Bread of Life
Catholic Focus
Corpus Christi's school climate promotes a philosophy of respect for the dignity of all persons with the knowledge that we are all created in God's image. Our
philosophy upholds the physical, social, emotional, spiritual integrity and safety for all members of our school community. Gospel values are modelled and
noiurished through gospel teachings, readings, morning prayers, school assemblies, Living Our Faith assemblies, school masses, making connection
between the gospels and everyday life, encouraging social justice initiatives and the application of progressive discipline, personal transformation and
restorative justice. As a Catholic community, we strive to display sacred symbols, utilize sacred spaces and focus on environmental stewardship. A strong
parish-school-home relationship is paramount as we strive to build a vibrant Catholic community.
