States Constitution. You are going to create a 28th Amendment.
Think About the United States in 2011 and choose an
issue/societal need that you would like to see changed. The
assignment should include:
 A well written Amendment detailing exactly what you
would like to see changed- (ex. Operations of government,
societal need, any issue that you would like to see
changed)
 A justification of your amendment. Explain your reason for
proposing an amendment.
