Chocolate cup
Day 1
Label pan

Each person will
need their own spot
in the pan
Place pan in the freezer

The pan needs to be
cold so the
chocolate will chill
completely
Melt chocolate
We are using bitter
sweet chocolate
 This chocolate is
excellent for dipping
 8 rectangles are
needed for 2 cups

Put it in the microwave
Be careful! Don’t
over cook it.
 Cook for 1 minutes
and then take it out
and stir
 Cook for 30 more
second

Making the cup

Pour chocolate into
a foil cup
Still making the cup
Pull the chocolate up
the sides of the cup
 Make sure the sides
are thick
 As the chocolate
cools, it will be easier
to make the sides
thick

Last step for today
Place the cup in the
chilled pan
 Put the pan back in
the refrigerator

Day 2 – Finishing the cup

Check and make sure
the sides are solid

If they are not, patch
and refreeze

Place the cold cup on
your hand and make
an x on the back of
the foil

Gently pull the foil
off the cup
Make a strawberry fan

Pick the perfect
berry
Slice the berry 3-5
times
 Make sure you come
close to the stem but
don’t cut through it


Fan and press
strawberry
Almost done
Scoop ice cream into
cup
 Place berry and
whipped cream on
top
 Show me for a grade!


