Ancient Egypt
Welcome to the land of Ancient Egypt! You will explore the
lives of the ancient Egyptians as you travel through this
Webquest.
 We will determine the importance of the Nile River
to the development of the communities in Ancient
Egypt.
 We will determine the differences between the Old,
Middle, and New Kingdoms of Ancient Egypt.
 We will describe the basic beliefs of the Egyptian
Religion.
 We will explain the everyday life of the Ancient
Egyptians and Nubians.
 We will compare and contrast the relationships
between Nubia and Egypt.
As archaeologists and historians, we will use many resources
to travel this journey.
1. While working your way through the Webquest, take
notes in a Word document to answer the questions. Only
the activities highlighted in maroon need to be
completed.
2. There are many resources to use, such as the textbook,
non-fiction books, and the Webquest online resources.
3. Finally, define the following vocabulary words in a
Word document. Add more vocabulary words you
