S.O. 3609(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the Coal Mines
Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948), read with paragraph 4 of the Coal Mines
Provident Fund Scheme, 1948 and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of
th February, 2013 published in
Coal, number S.O. 2596 (E), dated the 13th October, 2009 and S.O. 411 (E), dated the 19
