It shall be the policy of Community College District No. 2 that outside vendors may not personally solicit to sell
goods or services to students or staff members unless authorized by the president or designee. Student
organizations may engage in vending on campus for the purpose of approved fund-raising with the permission
and under the supervision of the vice president for student services or designee.
