Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. – Thomas Alva Edison Perseverance is a quality that every person needs countless times in life in order to succeed. Many of the most difficult enterprises in life require the ability to “stick with it” when “it” doesn’t come easily. It is precisely through doing what needs to be done over and over that the habit of perseverance is cultivated. This quality can be evidenced in all situations students find themselves: school work, relationships and all other areas of life where they face difficulty. Perseverance is one of the ways students can show that they also believe that learning counts. Perseverance is our Gator Quality for February. Student Council is sponsoring a WEAR RED Day on Friday, February 12th.
