JOB DUTIES:
dishwasing duties during the student-run restaurant (9-2
Wednesdays and Fridays)
receiving, stocking, and measurement of products
other kitchen duties as assigned

SKILLS:
Student must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, able to lift and carry 50
pounds, dependable and able to communicate with chef instructors and director.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Prefer Culinary Arts Major
INFORMATION:
The work schedule is constructed in conjunction with student's schedule and the hours of operation.
Students are responsible for notifying their supervisors when they expect to be late or absent. Mandatory
hours of 9AM-2PM Wednesdays and Fridays.
