Green Room in the Draper hall.
Miss Alice Gooding, instructor in biology, and Emily Williams, '28, gave reports of the Student-Faculty week-end at
Elmira lo which they were delegates.
Some of the points discussed at the
conference were: "Is a closer, more
friendly relation between students and
faculty" desirable ?" " W h a t is the Y. W.
G. A. on your campus?
Is it an organization with a purpose or an association with an ideal?" "If V. W. C. A.
is not accomplishing its purpose shall we
abolish it or try to improve it?'' "Does
Y, W. C. A. do things which could not
be done as well by other college organizations?" These questions offer much
food for thought and general discussion
followed the reports.

MURDER MOCK TRIAL
"Plans a.'.1 still under way for the
mocktrial of Government 2 class," Dr.
Hutchison, head of the government department, said today. "The students feel
that they would like to attempt a murder
trial this year and I have put it entirely
in their hands. This is the fifth year
that a trial has been held in this course
and has proven successful each time.
I intend to continue it as a set feature
of the course for I feel that it trains
the student in legal procedure and initiative more than lectures would do."
