T h i s s c h o l a r s h i p entitles the holder to
$100 each year for four years while lie
is a t t e n d i n g a college or university
approved by the Hoard of Regents
T h e first p a y m e n t of $50 will be given
the latter part of this semester.
University s c h o l a r s h i p s are a w a r d e d
in A u g u s t t o five pupils in each as
scmbly district.
In order to be eligible for a scholarship (lie student
m u s t have passed R e g e n t s examinations in English, four y e a r s ; Latin,
Greek, F r e n c h , Spanish, G e r m a n , or
Italian, three y e a r s ; i n t e r m e d i a t e alg e b r a ; plane g e o m e t r y ; and o n e of the
following:
