EL PASO COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT BOARD POLICY 2.03.02 ADVISORY COMMITTEES In recognition of the important contributions that citizens can make to the success of the District, and recognizing that it is also important for the District to foster and maintain a continuing relationship with the various sectors of the community to identify needs and to develop programs to meet those needs, the President shall develop procedures for recommending persons to the Board for appointment to advisory committees in compliance with, but not limited to, the provisions of the Texas Education Code and Texas Education Agency. Such committees shall be available to the District for consultation and advice on those issues which may have a significant impact on the community.
