EL PASO COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT BOARD POLICY 2.03.01 ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DISTRICT PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES Consistent with its philosophy to provide equal opportunity for all citizens to gain meaningful post-secondary educational experiences that will prepare them for effective participation in the social and economic life of the contemporary world, the Board of Trustees subscribes to the concept that accountability for District programs and activities is an accepted responsibility of the entire District community. Therefore, the President shall implement a process of ongoing evaluation of the District's programs and activities and shall report the findings to the Board at least annually. This evaluation shall include the extent to which the District programs and activities are fulfilling the stated overall philosophy and objectives of the District.
