EL PASO COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT BOARD POLICY 4.08.02 DEPOSITS The Board of Trustees shall direct the President of the College to establish procedures regarding deposits. Monies received by any authorized officer or employee shall be deposited in the District Cashier’s Offices, unless other arrangements have been authorized by the Chief Financial Officer. All revenue received by the District shall be deposited in the official depository bank for safekeeping. Cash overages or shortages shall be reported to the Comptroller with each deposit. Petty cash funds shall be provided only upon approval of, and by arrangements with, the Chief Financial Officer.
