ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: YEARLY PERCENT OF TIME 25% 1. Assist the Associate Registrar in planning, managing, and implementing the student support services for Workforce/Continuing Education Division to meet short and long term department goals. 2. Maintain and ensure accuracy of records in student information system as they relate to Workforce/CE Division. Coordinate student information with other departments as needed. Maintain required records and statistics. Prepare and submit required reports as needed. 20% 3. Recommend, coordinate, implement, and monitor internal operational standards and policies/procedures that ensure regulatory compliance. 20% 4. Assist Associate Registrar in the implementation and maintenance of on-line registration system. Assist in the orientation and training of staff involved with working on continuing education programs and courses. 15% 5. Assist Associate Registrar in the supervision of staff to include coordinating and delegating work, recommendation for employment, professional development, coaching, and performance management. 10% 6. Provide centralized guidance and interpretation regarding all Workforce/CE policies, procedures, and program requirements. Represent and perform job duties on behalf of Associate Registrar in his/her absence. 5% 7. Equipment Used: Personal computer and related peripherals as well as other equipment associated with a general office environment (e.g. typewriter, copier, fax, and multi-line telephone). 3. Software Used: Integrated administrative software, e.g. Apache and Banner, and a variety of a word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
