Methods of Operation
Meetings
Construction of Agenda
The agenda for each meeting shall be developed jointly by the president, superintendent, and
secretary in accordance with Policy #9362.
Items recommended by board members for inclusion on the agenda shall be forwarded to the
president. Suggestions from members of the public should be addressed and delivered to the
president not less than two weeks prior to the meeting. Inclusion of such items on any agenda shall
be at the discretion of the president or at the request of a majority of the members of the board.
