Bylaws
Adoption
Bylaws of the board are adopted by majority vote of the board in a public meeting after two readings
before the board and only when the agenda distributed to board members in advance has listed the
document by title and number. Once adopted, such bylaws shall remain in effect until amended or
revoked.
Amendment or Suspension
Any bylaws of the board may be suspended, revised, or revoked by a majority vote of the board
after two readings before the board and only when the agenda distributed to board members, in
advance, has listed the document by title and number. Permanent changes shall be distributed to
all members of the board and posted on the district website.
