1) Revenue to Revenue Edits – Completed (August 1, 2013)
 Add the Sending GL (protected field) to the Receiving screen

FACTS Updates

Phase 4 – Contract Images. Functionality rolled out October 3, 2013. All required images
loaded by April 15, 2014.

Phase 5A – Grant Disbursements. Functionality rolled out October 3, 2013. All required grant
disbursement agreements loaded by January 15, 2014.

Phase 5B – Grant Award. Target Spring 2014. Agencies will need 3 to 6 months to complete
the upload of their grant award information.

Phase 6 – Purchase Order Information. Target November 2013. Purchase Order data loaded
from the State’s procurement system, MyFloridaMarketPlace.
