Project Focus: Clark Public Utilities, the City of Vancouver and Clark County continue their partnership to offer incentives to residential customers performing weatherization upgrades in Burton Ridge, Marion and Forest Ridge neighborhoods. The program will continue to target “moderate-income” households with a focus on residents over the age of 60. A limited number of “custom projects” with enhanced incentives will be available to improve the energy efficiency in community buildings owned or managed by nonprofit or community based organizations (e.g., a senior centers or community activity centers).

Project Focus: The Thurston, Lewis, Grays Harbor, Pacific and Mason (Pac 5) Economic Development Councils provide education, awareness-building, and technical assistance about energy efficiency evaluation and improvements to residential and commercial owners in Thurston, Lewis, Grays Harbor, Pacific and Mason counties.

Pac 5 Energy works closely with the electric utilities to help mutual customers access appropriate rebates and incentives. Pac 5 Energy also works with local contractors and financial institutions to help homeowners and business owners invest in the highest quality and most cost-effective energy improvements.
