RULE TITLE:
Adjustments to Reflect Consumer Price Index
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment is to adjust the firefighter
death benefits provided in section 112.191(2), F.S., for the 2014-2015 year based
on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for All Urban Consumers published by the
United States Department of Labor.
