Performance and Assembly Information
Cast and Crew
Below is a detailed explanation of upcoming performances. Please talk to your
teachers well in advance, and hand in all your work promptly. Please do not use
the play as an excuse for not being prepared.
PENNBROOK ASSEMBLIES: Friday, March 11, 2016



You will attend classes for periods 1-4.
You will not attend class for periods 5-8.
Report to the auditorium at noon and begin to get changed/make
up/microphones if needed.
Lunch information:
7th graders will eat during their regular lunch period
8th/9th graders will eat at 11:15 (Penn Time)
Performance schedule:
Period 6: 7th grade
Period 7: 9th grade
Period 8: 8th grade
FACULTY PREVIEW SHOW: Monday, March 14, 2016

You will be excused from 8th period. Report to the dressing rooms and
get into costume ASAP.

Your teachers are invited to attend this performance. Many of them will be
there to support you and we will also have some other guests

The show should run from approximately 3:30-5:45; HOWEVER, PLAN
TO BE HERE UNTIL 6:15 TO GET OUT OF COSTUMES, ETC.
PERFORMANCE FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS: Wednesday, March 16,
2016 (10 am to noon)


Immediately after morning homeroom, report to the dressing rooms and
get into costume a.s.a.p.
You will NOT attend classes for periods 1-5. You will attend classes for
periods 6, 7, and 8.
Lunch information:
7th/8th graders will eat at 12:15 (immediately after the show)
9th graders will eat during their regular lunch period
