Montgomery Elementary Project – Update
The design of the Montgomery Elementary Renovations and Additions project is progressing well.
Bonnett Associates is completed the Design Development phase of the design and actually well into
the Construction Document phase.
On Monday, October 19th, Bonnett, North Penn, and Remington Vernick met with Montgomery
Township to discuss the land planning process and when concerns they may have. The initial submission
will be sent to Montgomery Township in the next two weeks. Subsequent to that submission, the
Township will review and comment on various portions of the design.
The design team is confident to be able to complete the land planning process for the project to be out
to bid early next year for award in early spring.
