Board Report
August 12, 2014
Monday is the annual Golf Classic and we could not be any more excited. We are sold
out in terms of golfers and we have more sponsorship than we have had in many years.
We hope the 13th annual event on Monday will net $20,000. I want to thank everyone in
advance for their role in this year’s success, from donors, to players, to volunteers, and
Mother Nature who I KNOW is going to give us a glorious day!
As a reminder, the Foundation will also hold a charity luncheon on October 5th at Bacco
Italian Restaurant in North Wales. Tickets will go on sale soon for this popular event.
The annual report is currently at the printer and I am very excited to share this with my
fellow school board members next month. It will also be online for the entire community
to review our successes.
I am looking forward to tomorrow morning’s monthly meeting of the Foundation where
we will discuss the year ahead.
