The Support Services Committee met on Monday, April 27 th
, and discussed the following:

The committee was provided an update of the Hatfield Elementary Renovation and Addition project. The project is progressing well with interior finishes being installed in the building.
The project is scheduled for completion this summer in preparation for the 2015/2016 school year.

An update of the summer projects was provided to the committee. The projects being performed this summer include secured entrances to 6 elementary schools, restoring
Pennfield’s modular classrooms after the temporary modular classrooms are removed, and replacement or restoration of 5 building’s roofs.

Mr. Schneider presented a change order for the Pennfield Modular Classroom Installation project to for additional work for the completion of the project. This change order is on this evening’s agenda for consideration.

A shared services concept between Lansdale Borough and North Penn School District was discussed with the committee requesting that the Administration compile a list of services that could be provided along with estimated potential revenue that could be expected as the result of the agreement.
The next Meeting of the Committee is scheduled to meet next Tuesday, May 26 th
at 6 p.m.
