She has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Delaware and has several years of experience in government relations matters. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. Kim currently sits on several boards and councils including Kids Count in Delaware and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware and is the legislative liaison to the Delaware Sports Commission. Jamie Nutter Jamie Nutter joined Parkowski, Guerke and Swayze as a Director in December, 2012, and is resident partner in the firm’s Georgetown, Delaware, office. An experienced trial advocate, and former legislative attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives, Jamie’s practice focuses on State and local government relations, administrative and regulatory compliance, personal injury litigation and criminal defense. Jamie has successfully represented businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals before Delaware’s General Assembly and administrative agencies, and in every court in the State. Jamie began lobbying in 2010 and now represents more than 20 local businesses, nonprofit agencies and multinational corporations before the Delaware General Assembly. Bert Scoglietti Bert Scoglietti is currently the Director of Policy and External Affairs for the Delaware Office of Management and Budget. Bert has been with the Office of Management and Budget and the former state Budget Office in various capacities for over 28 years. Bert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from St. Vincent College and pursued graduate studies at the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Max Walton Max Walton concentrates his practice on high-profile and unique commercial, government, and constitutional cases. Max has significant lead counsel experience in matters involving commercial, constitution, land use, construction, election, and insurance coverage matters in Delaware State and Federal courts. He acts as outside counsel for numerous State, County, and municipal governments and agencies. He also acts as counsel to numerous businesses, including insurance agencies, national and local construction firms, consulting firms, and medical practices.
