Director of Facilities and Operations North Penn School District To: From: Date: Re: Support Services Committee Thomas Schneider August 2015 Lansdale Borough Update On Thursday, August 20th, we met with Lansdale Borough to discuss the preliminary contract terms of an Intergovernmental Services Agreement. This agreement is being discussed and is planned to be brought forward for the full Board’s consideration in September. The agreement will establish hourly rates, rental fees of equipment, and administrative fees for the fiscal year. Lansdale agrees that an annual meeting would be required to establish any increases in fees or changes in the level of services provided.
