Recommend approval of the minutes from the June 18th, 2015, Action Meeting as circulated.

Superintendent's Report
a. Recommend approval of Reviewed Board Policies # 5112: Special Education, # 5115: Bullying, #
5144.4: Behavior Management; AMENDED Board Policy #5144.5: Discipline of Students with
Disabilities; and NEW Board Policy # 5126: Transportation Video/Audio Monitoring, per
Item # 35-15 (A-M).
b. Recommend approval of the attached resolutions with PNC Bank for the extension of credit and
incumbency certificate appointing Stephen B. Skrocki, School Board Secretary, as the authorized
representative of the District and an amendment to the VISA purchasing card agreement increasing
the credit limit to $2.5 million, per Item # BA -3 (A-F).
c. Recommend approval to appoint Stephen B. Skrocki, Director of Business Administration, as the
authorized representative to make requests upon and receive any and all tax information and records
from Berkheimer, relative to the collection of taxes for the District, as desired and deemed necessary
by the District, to be used for official purposes only as per the attached resolution, per Item #BA- 4.
c. Recommend approval of bids, per Item # BA-5 (A-D) as listed.
d. Personnel
1) Recommend approval of personnel items as listed:
a.) Personnel, per Item # BA-6 (A-Q)
b.) Additions to the North Penn School District Substitute Lists 2014-15, per
Item # BA-7 (A-D).
c. Extra Duty Assignments, per Item # 47-15.
