I have spent three years at Kent State University independently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in psychology. In addition to my academic endeavors, I have been a University tour guide for two years, served as an Honors College mentor, and have been the student representative on several committees including the Mathematics Undergraduate Studies Committee. Upon graduating from Kent State University in August of 2002, I plan to attend the University of Pittsburgh where I will pursue a Master's degree in Bioenginnering and conduct research in tissue engineering as it relates to tendon and ligament healing. In my spare time, I enjoy recreational running and exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
