Mark and I are working with the Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization to create a licensing agreement for distributing the content. • Mark and Randy have also been working with the Development Office to look for outside sources of support to build new content for the various exhibits. Program Support Review: Denise Malone • Summer break is upon us. Next meeting will be on September 5th. • Remember to mark your calendars for this year’s symposium: Friday, November 2nd • Close to having the content up and running in the signage for the Laboratory for Neurobehavior. Dealing with hardware issues (bad HD), but content is moving forward rapidly • I have been working with Purchasing so when the new Conte kicks in, I’ll be able to order supplies for the Molecular Neuroanatomy Core. • Reminder of Conte Meeting Schedule through May 2013: o September 5 o October 9 o No meeting in November, Symposium on Friday, November 2nd o December 11 o January 15 o February 19 o March 19 o April 16 o May 21 o Note that dates are subject to change if conflicts arise, but the team will be given advance notice of any changes Administrative Review: Mary Michael-‐Woolman (financial packets for PIs, Cores & Pilot Grantees) • Monthly budget packets to PIs • Spending the $4K cores credit—all supply monies need to be spent by the middle of June • Pilot grants need to have their first allotment of funding spent by mid-‐June as well • Once new grant begins, look into replacing Brett Begley’s position in the Bioanalytical Core.
