Mr. Crimmins practiced with the SEC for 14 years, eight of which were in senior management. As the Deputy Chief Litigation Counsel of the SEC’s Enforcement Division in Washington, D.C. from 1993 until 2001, he was one of 11 members of the Senior Executive Service at division headquarters.
