Project Summary by year
Displays the cost of a project for each year of the project. When running this report pFACT asks for a start

be shown. The user can override this date to obtain a yearly breakdown which is different to grant years.
Example: Project start date is 1 August 2007, but the user would like to see a yearly breakdown for years
starting on 1 October. Therefore the start date of the report needs to be overwritten to 1 October 2006.
