Enrollment has been strong each semester and an indication of student interest. This proposal establishes Intermediate Pilates as a regular course in the catalog. LEARNING OUTCOMES: To understand the difference between Beginning Pilates moves and Intermediate Pilates moves. To find and adapt and understand neutral spine. To perform a minimum of 6 intermediate Pilates moves correctly. To perform a range of intermediate Pilates moves in sequence. Identify the anatomy and terminology used in Intermediate mat Pilates.
