Useful to have someone with you or a mirror so you can see. Colours split into four sections and is a Two stage process looking at warm or cool and then consider whether top half or bottom half of colours. Orange & pink or gold & silver are good choices to help decide. Accessories are useful to add some colour - handbags, shoes, scarves, belts Can change attention focus to different parts of your body. & highlight parts you do like with the brighter colours to avoid the focus on the 'bad' parts. - Body shapes demo: Five different shapes - straight, oval, pear, hourglass & inverted triangle Draw straight line from shoulder to hip to help decide. - Shoes: if you have an angular body shape, using pointed shoes are better but more of a curved body shape the. Use curved shoes. - Hair: as your hair colour changes your overall colours don't change but you may need to alter the shade of colour, i.e. as you go grey, use lighter shades. - Jewellery: is based on 'scale' depending on your body size. Resolution - try something new & clear your wardrobe of all those things you don't wear. Try a clothes swap session.
