She has extensive experience negotiating orders for cleanup with federal and state agencies, and advising clients on property redevelopment. Julie also represents clients on land use matters, real estate transactions and construction projects. Prior to beginning her legal career, Julie operated her own consulting firm where she assisted clients with environmental compliance and permitting projects. Julie’s background also allows her to strategically advise businesses and individuals on a variety of environmental regulatory compliance matters.
