CHICO® A39PX SEALING COMPOUND
INTRAPAK®
This 7-3/4 oz. package will fill:
a) One EYS 5, 51 or 56 fitting, or
b) One EYS 4, 41, or 46 fitting ,or
c) Two EYS 3, 31, 36, or 316 fittings, and one EYS1,
11, 16 or 116 fitting, or

One EZS2 or 26 fitting, and one EYS 2, 21, 26 or
216 fitting, or
One EZS2 or 26 fitting, and two EYS1, 11, 16 or
116 fittings or
One EZS1, 11, 16 or 116 fitting, and one EYS 3,
31, 36, or 316 fitting
CAUTION
Prepare dam(s) before mixing compound. After pouring, close opening immediately.
DIRECTIONS: Squeeze pouch until inner liquid container breaks. Shake or knead pouch until compound and
water are thoroughly mixed. Remove cap. Insert flexible spout and pour into fitting.

CAUTION
Sealing compound to be mixed ONLY at temperatures above 35°F (2°C) and ONLY poured into fittings that have
been brought to a temperature above 35°F (2°C). Seals must NOT be exposed to temperatures below 35°F
(2°C) for at least 8 hours.
FOR GROUP A OR B APPLICATIONS

CAUTION
Sealing compound to be mixed ONLY at temperatures above 40°F (4.4°C) and ONLY poured into fittings that
have been brought to a temperature above 40°F (4.4°C). Seals must NOT be exposed to temperatures below
40°F (4.4°C) for at least 72 hours.
If any batch of compound starts to set before pouring, do NOT try to thin by adding water or stirring. This will spoil
seals. Discard the batch and make a new one.
KEEP COMPOUND DRY by having container cover tightly sealed when not in use.
NOTE: For additional details, see IF 287 packed with the sealing fitting.

DANGER: Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause cancer by inhalation.
May cause damage to the respiratory system through prolonged or repeated exposure by
inhalation.
Do not breathe dust or mists. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective
gloves, clothing, eye and face protection as required by Section 8 of SDS. Obtain special
instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood.
If swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. If on skin (or hair): Remove/take off immediately all
contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use. If inhaled:
Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a poison center/doctor. If
in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do.
Continue rinsing.
If exposed or concerned, or if you feel unwell: Get medical advice/attention.
Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international
regulations.
