Having joined Ofcom in 2006 I commenced a NGN commercial framework project
focusing on the possible implications the implementation of a NGN would have on
the current commercial telecommunications environment.
The scope of this project extended to examining our current regulatory approach and
modelling techniques with a view to identify possible future changes that may be
necessary
In addition to this I have worked on various policy projects within Ofcom and a
comprehensive investigation into BT’s broadband pricing strategy.
