*President calls meeting to order at 8:07pm

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.: 1
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.: 2
Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.: Absent
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.: Absent
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.: 2
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.: 2
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.: Absent
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.: 2
Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.: 1
Attendance Policy Addressed: Organizations without representation for this
meeting will receive a $15.00 fine on behalf of the council.
President Report: Wen’zell Franklin
Oral Report was Provided
Covered the Following Issues:
● NPHC Retreat
-November 14th @ 9am
- $100 incentive for highest percentage participants per chapter
-1 sorority, 1 fraternity will be awarded
-Flyer released, will be pubbed on NPHC social media outlets
● GLA
-Application deadline is Friday
-Please seek representation from chapter members
-November 6th-8th
● Calendars
-Calendar submissions did not meet expectations
-Please seek assistance with calendars for future reference, if needed
-Standard calendars needed, please send to Darryl
● GSAP
-Action Plans from chapter presidents are expected (pending due date)
-Binders and expectations covered
-MIT forms are due 2 weeks before show
-Member Affiliation, please update
● Greek Week 2016
-Evan, Heidi and Wen’zell are on board for 2016 Greek Week planning
-Friday Oct. 15th there will be an open meeting at 4pm regarding planning
-March 13th-19th is the proposed date
● One-On-One with Casey
-Please follow-up/set up meeting times for the remainder of the year
Vice President of Internal Affairs Report: Diamond Bryant

● Fines:
-There is a $15 fine for failing to have representation during these meetings.
-Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. will be fined $30.00 for a total of 2 missed
COP meetings
-Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. will be fined $15.00 for 1 missed meeting
-Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. will be fine $15.00 for 1 missed meeting

-Midnight Breakfast moved to NPHC Week

-Please handle presidential responsibilities
-Please submit calendar changes ASAP
-Moved to have Black Homecoming Week taken over by NPHC next year
● Date Auction Program planning is in effect, details to be discussed at a later
date
